Dawson’s Cottage @ Pelion wasn’t built as a rental property. It’s a real home on a small estate, lived in and gently shared with others over time. Hidden in the hills of Ano Gatzea, our estate’s boutique cottages nestle among ancient olive trees and quiet stone paths built in ancient times.

We have three unique homes on our estate to suit different needs: The Old Bakery is perfect for larger families or groups, sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. Oliver Cottage is a charming family holiday home that sleeps up to 4 people. Lamon House is a romantic, treehouse-feel getaway ideal for couples.
Are there any hidden charges or extra fees?
Not at all. We believe in simple, honest hospitality. All our prices are completely all-inclusive with absolutely no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay for your authentic Greek village experience.
Do I need a car to get around the village?
While a car is helpful for reaching the Pelion region, life in Ano Gatzea is wonderfully slow-paced. In fact, half of our neighbors still rely on mules as their main transport. You can explore the village and hike the traditional cobbled paths (known locally as “mule motorways”) all day without encountering a single car.
